About prices

The prices on the website are indicative and the final price may also be influenced, in addition to the procedure itself, for example, the length of the visit, the size of the animal, the difficulty of anesthesia or the procedure, and other case-by-case factors. The prices include medicines and supplies used in the clinic and delivered to the home, as well as medical treatment fees. Prices include clinic fee and VAT.

Remember to always mention in your email what kind of animal it is (species, breed, size, age).

Prices are valid from 30.6.2025 until further notice and we reserve the right to change prices.

On-call

On weekdays during normal opening hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., there will be no on-call increase in prices. For work outside normal opening hours and for work on Saturdays, we charge an on-call increase of +50% for the procedures. There will be no increase in the clinic fee, medicines and supplies, but will only apply to the work of veterinarians and medical staff.

Consultations

The email and telephone consultations of Sacrum's own patients are billed on a time-based basis, between 25 and 180 euros.

We are happy to give consultations to colleagues. Please ask Sacrum staff for the consultation telephone number.

Cancellations

In the event of an obstacle, please cancel your reservation no later than the previous weekday, within our opening hours from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. We accept cancellations and changes to appointments only by phone. Cancellations made by email do not meet the cancellation policy.

The reservation must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to booking. For late cancelled and uncancelled appointments, we will charge 50 euros. For late canceled and irreversible surgical or dental procedures, we charge 100 euros. For non-cancelling nurse visits, we charge 25 euros. The cancellation fee will also be charged if the booked procedure is not carried out due to non-compliance with the previous instructions, such as a food break.

Payment methods

At Sacrum, you can pay with all the most common debit and credit cards (not American express or Diners Club). We do not accept cash and we do not issue bills.

We have at our disposal Direct compensation services for Agria, LähiTapiola and OP Pohjola, in accordance with the hours of service of insurance companies. Bring your pet's insurance number with you.

It is possible to obtain an additional payment period through the Resurs Bank Veterinary Account service. Financing options allow paying for the visit by invoice or in installments and always require a positive credit decision.
